First of all, I want to say that the service supplied by Amazon was first rate. The website was easy to follow, and most of all the materials arrived in very short order and in the time promised. This was comforting.

The subject of this book happened to coincide with a consulting job I have to examine a particular Masters program in Leadership at a Canadian university Having been retired for several years, I found myself behind on reading in the field, and this book was just exactly what I needed to more or less update myself. The articles were prepared by recognized scholars in our field, both people who have been around for awhile and newer scholars.

I found most of the articles carefully researched and positions were well documented. The writing was a bit uneven, and tended toward pretty dull academic turgid prose, accurate but not too enthralling. Maybe it is supposed to be that way.

Certainly the print was pretty small, especially for one whose eyes are getting a bit weak.

I won't venture to say which item was the best.
