The website was easy to follow, and most of all the materials arrived in very short order and in the time promised. This was comforting. <br /> <br />The subject of this book happened to coincide with a consulting job I have to examine a particular Masters program in Leadership at a Canadian university Having been retired for several years, I found myself behind on reading in the field, and this book was just exactly what I needed to more or less update myself. The articles were prepared by recognized scholars in our field, both people who have been around for awhile and newer scholars. <br /> <br />I found most of the articles carefully researched and positions were well documented. The writing was a bit uneven, and tended toward pretty dull academic turgid prose, accurate but not too enthralling. Maybe it is supposed to be that way. <br /> <br />Certainly the print was pretty small, especially for one whose eyes are getting a bit weak. <br /> <br />I won't venture to say which item was the best.
